Born in New York City (500 W 43rd Street), Charles Childers graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with an MFA in 2015. While at film school, he was recruited by Beverly Jackson (named one of Ad Age’s Leading Women in 2022) to join her team as a Social Media Strategist. This formative experience honed his ability to blend creative storytelling with digital strategy, a hallmark of his work today.
Currently, Charles serves as a Creative Strategist and Editor at Robeson Parks, where he collaborates on content for clients such as Amazon Prime’s Culture Rated and National Geographic’s Sharkfest 2024. He also holds the position of Creative Director at 24/Eight Consulting in Chicago.
Throughout his career, Charles has partnered with notable brands, including Kevin Hart’s Hartbeat, Twitter (now X), and MGM Resorts. His contributions to the Telly Award-winning Winter Is Here campaign established new benchmarks in brand storytelling for MGM Resorts.
Now based in Oakland, Charles brings a collaborative and team-focused approach to his work, shaped by his background as a Division 1 football player at UNLV. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist training for the New York Marathon and enjoys playing basketball with friends.

"Childers is a tall and rangy athlete that is a very solid safety, especially in two deep coverage. He has good size and speed along with very good fundamentals. Breaks well out of his back peddle in terms of run support and pass break. Is instinctive and takes proper angles..."
